Return Policy

Stickers
All sticker sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Shirts
We are a small operation and every order is handled personally, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

If your shirt arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery at karleigh@christcorefest.com and we will send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate it, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
